Water - 840-900 grams 3 ½ - 4 cups
UBE PUTO QTY Units
Mix ‘n Steam-Puto Mix® - 1000 grams 6 cups
Water - 840-900 grams 3 ½ - 4 cups
Water - 14 grams 1 ½ tbsp
BUTTER PUTO QTY Units
Mix ‘n Steam-Puto Mix® - 1000 grams 6 cups
Water - 840-900 grams 3 ½ - 4 cups
Magnolia Gold Butter (melted) - 167 grams ¾ cup
PANDAN PUTO QTY Units
Mix ‘n Steam-Puto Mix® - 1000 grams 6 cups
Pandan Water - 840-900 grams 3 ½ - 4 cups

MIX

  • Cheese Puto: Combine Puto Mix® and water in a mixer bowl. Mix at low speed for about 3 minutes or until batter is smooth.
  • Butter Puto: Combine Puto Mix and water in a mixer bowl. Mix at low speed for about 3 minutes or until batter is smooth. Fold in melted butter.
  • Pandan Puto: Combine Puto Mix and pandan water in a mixer bowl. Mix at low speed for about 3 minutes or until batter is smooth.
  • Ube Puto: Dissolve ube powder in water and add to Puto Mix in a mixer bowl. Mix at low speed for about 3 minutes or until batter is smooth.

PAN

  • Fill each small puto mould with about 25-gram ( ¾ full) batter, then top with cheese.
  • Let cool before removing from mould.
  • Yield: 65pcs small puto.

NOTES:

  • Batter weight may vary depending on size of puto mould.
  • Steaming condition may vary depending on size of puto.
  • Always steam puto in vigorously boiling water.
