INGREDIENTS

CRINKLES QTY Units
Mix ‘n Bake-Crinkle Mix® - 1000 grams 7 cups
Water - 220–240 grams 1 cup
MOCHA CHUNK QTY Units
Mix ‘n Bake-Crinkle Mix® - 1000 grams 7 cups
Water - 270 grams 1 1/8 cups
Chocolate Chips - 200 grams 1 cup
Coffee - 26 grams 1/3 cup
DOUBLE CHOCO QTY Units
Mix ‘n Bake-Crinkle Mix® - 1000 grams 7 cups
Water - 270 grams 1 1/8 cup
Chocolate Chips - 100 grams 1/2 cup
White Chocolate Chunks - 100 grams 1/2 cup
PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE COOKIES QTY Units
Mix ‘n Bake-Crinkle Mix® - 1000 grams 7 cups
Water - 270 grams 1 1/8 cups
Peanut Butter (For Filling) - 150 grams 3/4 cup

MIX

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixer bowl.
  • Mix at low speed until a smooth dough is formed.
  • Scoop about 20-gram dough pieces and shape into round balls.
  • For Crinkles: Roll dough balls in powdered sugar.
  • For Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies: Fill in dough balls with peanut butter.
  • Place on cookie sheet leaving space between dough pieces.

FORM

  • Scoop about 20-gram dough pieces and shape into round balls.
  • For Crinkles: Roll dough balls in powdered sugar.
  • For Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies: Fill in dough balls with peanut butter.
  • Place on cookie sheet leaving space between dough pieces.

BAKE

  • Bake at 180ºC for about 8-10 minutes or until done.
  • Remove immediately from pan and cool on wire rack
  • Yield:
    • Crinkles: 62pcs
    • Mocha Chunk: 75 cookies
    • Double Choco: 73 cookies
    • Peanut Butter Choco Cookies: 70 cookies
    • Raisin – Chocolate Chips Cookies: 83 cookies
