PROCEDURE:

  • Sift together Princess Cake Flour and Bake Best Baking Powder in another bowl.
  • Mix sugar, milk powder, salt and butter using a paddle for 1 minute at speed # 1.
  • Scrape sides and bottom of bowl.
  • Mix at speed # 2 for 3 minutes. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl.
  • Add eggs. Mix at speed # 1 for 1 minute. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl.
  • Mix at speed # 2 for 1 minute. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl.
  • Adjust to speed # 1. Add 1/3 of the flour mixture and mix for 15 seconds.
  • Add ½ of the water and mix for 15 seconds.
  • Add remaining ingredients alternately and mix for 15 seconds after each addition.
  • Scrape sides and bottom of bowl after adding the final flour portion.
  • Continue mixing for 2 minutes. Scrape after 1 minute.
  • Pour 500-grams into greased and flour dusted 19x9x5 cm pan.
  • Run rubber spatula through batter to remove air pockets.
  • Bake at 175°C for 35 minutes or until done.
